Welcome to the website for the Western Reserve Region of the Cadillac LaSalle Club, which is based in northeast Ohio.
We had four couples from our region attend the 2015 Cadillac LaSalle Club Grand National in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Thank you Doug Berg for sharing some photos of the event! To see Doug's photos, click here
Our annual Gathering of the Land Yachts held on June 7 was a huge success with over 60 cars participating on one of the few sunny Sunday’s we have had so far this year. Those who came had a great time and we had a significant amount of visitors at the show as well. Click here

Anyone looking for a new addition to their Cadillac "collection?" Chuck Johnson bought a 1986 Seville d'Elegance from Gump Cadillac in Toledo when it was almost new. It was Mrs. Gump's personal car, and before that, it was a featured car at the Detroit Auto Show. It's in a subtle two-tone grey-green, with matching leather interior. It has 50K miles, and all options except moon roof. WRR member Bob Porter thinks, in spite of the luxury equipment, that it's worth about $4,500. Bob thinks Chuck will entertain offers, as the car is seldom used. Chuck lives in Lambertville MI, which is just over the Toledo line, but the car is in a carriage house in Toledo. His phone number in Michigan is 734-856-3094. Give him a call if you think you might be interested!

Calendar of Upcoming Events:
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2015: JOINT DRIVING TOUR WITH THE PONTIAC CLUB
NEW EVENT. This event is brand new and was coordinated by our own Alan Shorr and Victor Lerz from the Pontiac Club. We will meet at the East-gate Shopping Center in Mayfield Heights around 9:00 A.M., we will then drive out to the Garfield Mansion in Mentor for a private tour (Cost is $7.00). From there we will head out to Burton passing some covered bridges on our way to Century Village Museum for a second private tour (Cost is $7.00). Finally, we will travel to Chesterland and arrive at Sunny Brook Reserve around 2:00 P.M. where we will picnic on burgers and dogs provided by both clubs. You are also asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share and we can stay as long as we like. All participants are asked to drive only classic cars, it is of course a classic car cruise. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, enjoy some classics, do some site seeing and most importantly enjoy some good food. If you intend on participating, please get back to Rick Jablonski by September 1 so we can get an accurate headcount for food and tours. We hope many of you can make it. Many thanks to Alan for making this possible.
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2015: 16th ANNUAL CLAMBAKE AND CAR SHOW:
The 16th Annual Clambake & Car Show will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will be held at the home of Rick and Patti Jablonski, 38823 Margaret Walsh Court, Willoughby (Phone: 440-942-3366). The meal includes: clam chowder, 1 dozen clams, 1/2 chicken, corn on the cob, sweet and redskin potatoes, rolls and butter. Bring your classic car and a dessert; beer and pop will be provided. Friends and family are welcome!

OUR PURPOSE: The Cadillac LaSalle Club was initially founded to encourage enthusiasts to maintain, preserve, and restore collectible Cadillacs and LaSalles built from 1902-1942. Now the CLC recognizes all vehicles built by Cadillac. We promote the development, collection, publication and exchange of helpful information pertaining to our cars. We also promote social fellowship for club members.
